Cryovault provides stem cell and cord blood banking services, including:

• Collection, processing, and cryogenic storage of umbilical cord blood stem cells
• Long-term preservation of stem cells in ISO-certified facilities
• Consultation and educational services related to stem cell banking
• Retrieval and transportation of stored samples when medically required

Our services are subject to medical guidelines, regulatory requirements, and the terms outlined in individual service agreements.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4.1 Service Contracts: Specific terms for stem cell banking services will be outlined in individual service agreements signed at the time of enrollment.

4.2 Fees and Payments: All fees must be paid according to the payment schedule outlined in your service agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.

4.3 Refund Policy: Refunds are subject to the terms specified in your service agreement and applicable consumer protection laws.

4.4 Price Changes: We reserve the right to modify our pricing with reasonable notice to existing customers.

5.1 No Medical Guarantee: While we maintain the highest standards for stem cell preservation, we cannot guarantee that stored stem cells will be suitable for future medical use or that they will successfully treat any specific condition.

5.2 Medical Advice: Information provided on our website and by our staff is for educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. Always consult with qualified healthcare professionals for medical decisions.

5.3 Evolving Science: Stem cell therapy is an evolving field. Current and future applications may differ from those described at the time of storage.

6.1 Collection Requirements: Successful collection depends on various factors including timing, medical conditions, and cooperation of healthcare providers. We cannot guarantee successful collection in all cases.

6.2 Quality Standards: Samples must meet minimum quality standards for processing and storage. Samples that do not meet these standards may not be stored.

6.3 Storage Duration: Storage terms are specified in your service agreement. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before any storage term expires.

6.4 Sample Disposal: Samples may be disposed of in accordance with your service agreement terms or upon your written request.

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Cryovault or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Cryovault shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim
• We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure)

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

We comply with applicable data protection laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules.

10.1 By You: You may terminate your service agreement according to the terms specified in that agreement.

10.2 By Us: We may suspend or terminate your access to our services if you breach these terms or your service agreement, or if required by law.

10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases. Provisions regarding liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution survive termination.

11.1 Governing Law: These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India.

11.2 Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

11.3 Dispute Resolution: We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any disputes informally. If informal resolution is not possible, disputes may be resolved through arbitration as per the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
